We ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you do your own. This is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke we ask that you do so outside away from the house and that you properly put out and dispose of the cigarette outside. If any substance or evidence of smoking or drugs its found inside the premises, a $250 violation fee will be issued. No open flames or candles are allowed on the property.   Please no pets in the house.   Please respect a courtesy quiet hour at 10pm for our neighbors. $400 Violation fee will be enforced for any parties   Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed stay overnight. $100 Violation fee

The location was great. The cleanliness of the house was great. The coffee bar was a HUGE added bonus of this rental. The hang out room in the garage was nice. We liked the pool and the back yard. Kind of disappointed that the pool was not heated and was WAY to cold to use. The road noise was terrible as its located next to a busy highway, but we went and bought some ear plugs, and it was fine. No paper towels. No TV's in the rooms other than the master.
